This WebQuest was developed as part of the eMINTS certification process. The concept for this WebQuest was derived when my daughter looked at our boat and wondered aloud "Why do boats float?" I never imagined Superstorm Sandy would hit. The storm directly impacted my family, community, co-workers and the very children I was creating this quest for. The hot tub pictured is my hot tub and was found ten houses away in our lagoon, FLOATING saved by a boat rope. Can you imagine... a hot tub floats?
